A character name is rarely enough. Send the product link or screenshot, plus the card number, language, grade or condition when those details apply.

For figures, plush and character goods, include the size, color, release name and quantity. Tell us the destination country too.

That prevents us from comparing your item with a cheaper but different version.

We check the complete cost

We search several available Japan sources instead of using the first listing you send. We compare the exact version, seller information, stated condition and delivery inside Japan.

Your quote shows the item price, Japanese delivery, our service fee, international shipping and applicable tax. A low listing price may no longer be cheap once those costs are included.

We cannot promise the lowest price on the internet or guarantee that a listing will remain available. Availability can change while we check it, and the shop's own sales rules still apply.

If the local price wins, buy locally

Buying from Japan does not automatically save money. A local seller may already have the item at a fair delivered price, without the international wait.

If the local option costs less after the full comparison, we will say so. Use our sourcing service when it saves you hours of searching, finds an item that is unavailable here, or gives you a better delivered price.
